PE Credit Program
Turn Physical Education Into Something Extraordinary
What if your student could fulfill their Physical Education requirements while learning to fence?
All For One Fencing offers students the opportunity to participate in structured Historical Fencing training that may qualify for Off-Campus Physical Education (OCPE) or PE Credit through participating school districts.
Students receive professional instruction, develop athletic skills, and learn a sport with centuries of history behind it—all in an engaging environment outside the traditional school gym.
Pick up a sword. Learn a skill. Earn PE Credit.
Historical Fencing as Physical Education
Historical Fencing is much more than sword fighting.
Training combines cardiovascular exercise, footwork, coordination, balance, reaction time, strength, flexibility, and tactical decision-making.
Students learn authentic fencing techniques while participating in an athletic program that encourages both physical and personal development.
Training can help students develop:
Cardiovascular endurance
Strength and conditioning
Balance and coordination
Footwork and agility
Hand-eye coordination
Reaction speed
Focus and concentration
Confidence and self-discipline
Sportsmanship
Strategic thinking
And because students are learning an actual skill rather than simply completing exercises, fencing gives them something they can continue pursuing long after their PE requirement has been completed.
Who Can Participate?
PE Credit eligibility is determined by your student's school district.
Students who do not qualify for school PE Credit are still welcome to participate in AFO's youth fencing programs.
No previous fencing experience is required.
Beginners are welcome, and loaner equipment is available so students can start learning before purchasing their own fencing gear.
